Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities at Cruise Parking Bayonne, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park at our facilities.

Payment Terms: All fees for parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards which are processed through Square.

Time Limits: The maximum time limit for parking is dictated by your reservation. Overstaying the time limit may result in additional fees.

Security: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the day of your parking entry date. Any cancellations done within twenty-four (24) hours of the day of your parking entry date are non-refundable, there are no exceptions.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are not allowed in the parking lot.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Cruise Parking Bayonne reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: Cruise Parking Bayonne is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, County of Hudson.

By using the parking facilities at Cruise Parking Bayonne, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
